The hillside was almost solid rock, so the excavation was very challenging. All the brown rocks in the waterfall came out of the hillside, and the granite rocks were brought in for retaining walls, but we got to them first. As in all our recent projects, the materials came from Aquascape Inc, by way of Aqua-Flo in Southern California.
